I specialize in Xactimate estimating, mitigation, reconstruction, contents, mold, asbestos, and insurance claims, with extensive experience working directly with contractors, insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and homeowners across the U.S.

Beyond estimating, I handle claims follow-up, estimate negotiations, payment collection, project coordination, executive assistance, customer communication, and client acquisition.
